Gang Forms

We wanted to be able to producte at least 270 ties each session.  So we use 9 pieces of plywood, 3/4" thick by 2' x 8' with 30 tie molds or forms on each one.  When setting up the molds on the plywood keep the molds tight together.  That makes pouring the concrete faster and easier and concrete will not get between the forms.

Below:  This is what the inside of the molds look like when they are in position on the gang form plywood prior to the loading of the inserts. Notice some are set up for 4 insert or screws
